1.5 pounds of lean ground beef
salt & pepper
2-4 cans of Tomato Sauce (~ 6 oz) (according to number of servings - I usually use 2 cans with 1 lb. of meat)
1 small can Tomato Paste
pinch of sugar

red pepper OR chili pepper

Spaghetti noodles or other pasta noodle

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan sauté onion in oil and then remove to bowl. Brown ground beef completely. Salt (sparingly) and pepper (generously). Add onions to beef and contiue sauteing. Add cans of tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir and add a liberal pinch of sugar. Add liberal sprinkles of garlic salt and red/chili pepper (to taste). - If too thick, add water. Cook on low, covered for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Cook noodles per directions and drain.

Serve and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Too much water makes the sauce runny. Also, use name brand - I think it cooks better.
