Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 pkgs of Pepperidge Farm Original Stuffing (depending on the size of the turkey)
1 1/2 Finely chopped Onions
3-4 stalks of celery chopped thin
1-2 teaspoons of Sage (I use McCormicks in the spice isle)
2 Cans Chicken Broth
2 sticks of butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the Onions finely (Mimi hates big hunks of onions in anything)
Slice the Celery longways into 3-4 strips and then thinly slice the celery.
In a large frypan, melt the sticks of butter, and then add the Onions and celery and sauté for about 5-10 minutes until soft. Add the Chicken broth and then Sage, salt and pepper to the pan and stir thoroughly. Go easy on the salt.

In a very large bowl, pour in the stuffing mix packages. Then pour the Broth liquid over the top of the stuffing and stir thoroughly. Stuff the turkey. If there is any left over stuffing, place it in a small baking dish and bake it covered for 20-30 minutes.
