3 lbs chicken wings
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1 cup vinegar
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup soya sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and dry chicken wings, place the 3lbs chicken wings on a single layer in a roaster tray. Brown in the oven, pouring off any fat. Sprinkle with dry ingredients to taste.

2. To make the sauce: in a saucepan bring vinegar, white sugar, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, water to a boil. Whisk in corn starch to thicken the sauce. Pour sauce over chicken wings.

3. Bake wings, uncovered at 350-degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until done
