1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp. ginger root chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. thai chili sauce
1/4 tsp ground pepper
4 skinless salmon fillets(6 oz each)

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan heat oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in maple syrup and Thai chili sauce.


Preheat broiler or BBQ, place fillets on oiled rack and brush sauce thickly on both sides. Broil fish for 10 minutes for eachinch of thickness or until fish flakes easily. ( For salmon cook skin side down.)
