1 large chuck roast
2 packs Lipton onion soup mix
small bag baby carrots
3 potatoes cut into bite size pieces

Directions:

Put meat in heavy skillet with cover.
Mix soup with 4 cups water and pour over meat.
Put covered meat in preheated 450º oven.
Cook for three hours. With an hour left, add spuds.
