Ingredients:
6 cups fresh okra, sliced
salt, pepper, garlic seasonings
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Scatter okra on a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with seasonings, and olive oil. Stir or flip okra after 15-20 minutes. After 35 minutes, cook okra to your prefered crispness. The longer it cooks, the crunchier it gets. It is great as a side dish or as a salad topper.
(2 pkgs. of frozen okra will work, @ 450º and it will take longer to cook. Other fresh or frozen veggies may be used, at a lower temp, 400º for 35-45 minutes.)
