Cookie Mixture

1 Cup butter softened to room temperature (2 sticks)
¼ cup sugar
2 cups Flour (sifted)
2 cups chopped pecans

Rolling Sugar Mixture

1 cup Powered Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Make Rolling Sugar Mixture by adding Powdered and Granulated Sugar – Put Aside
Make more if needed and keep some for dipping the cookies as you are eating them
Cream butter and sugar.
Add sifted flour and then add pecans.
Shape into 1 teaspoon balls and bake on a cookie sheet. Do not grease the sheet. The butter in the cookie mixture will keep them from sticking.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
Roll in sugar mixture while hot.
