1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup coconut
3 cups rolled oats
1 tsps. baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1½ cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs then add remaining ingredients. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake 375º for 10 - 12 minutes.
