3 lbs Squash
1 med. chopped ( chunks) onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 4 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 packages town house crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Add salt and pepper. Mix cooked squash and onion with hand mixer.. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Then add to squash and mix together by hand. In a casserole dish layer 1/2 squash, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 of crackers.
Repeat layers ending with crushed cracker on top. Pour melted butter on top and bake for 35 minutes at 350*
