2½ C flour
½ C milled flax seed
¼ t cinnamon powder
½ t pink salt
½ t salt
1 t baking soda
2 C sugar
¼ C orange juice
1 C oil ( I use canola)
3 eggs beaten OR 4 small eggs beaten ( depends on size)
1 T vanilla
3 C peeled apples thinly sliced on grater ( used organic gala )

FROSTING/GLAZE:
1 C brown sugar
½ C butter
¼ C milk OR orange juice

Directions:
preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour bundt pan
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda ( stir in milled flax when finished sifting )
Mix in separate large bowl: sugar, eggs, oil, juice, and vanilla
Add flour mixture into egg mixture ⅓ at a time until completely mixed.
*****Mixture will be thick*****
Fold in apples
Bake for about 45 minutes in bundt pan or until knife or toothpick comes out clean

NOTE: immediately take cake out of the oven and flip onto serving dish/plate.

IF USING FROSTING/GLAZE:

in saucepan mix brown sugar, butter, and milk (OR juice)
On medium high heat-- stirring constantly bring to a boil. when boil starts time to 2½ minutes and remove from heat and drizzle over cake
