1 1/4 Cup oil
2 Cup sugar
3 Cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
4 Cup unpeeled apples, diced

Mix all together and bake in a 9" X 13" pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
