3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder.
2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Stir in luke warm water until mixture forms a ball.
4. Roll dough out on a floured surface. Place crust in pie plate.
5. Fill with desired filling.
5. Bake for 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
