Preheat oven to 375º
4 pork chops
1 sliced onion
1 cup beef broth
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops
Mix broth and tomato soup
Place chops in casserole
Cover with onions and broth mix
Cover and bake 1 hour. Four servings.
Serve with Mac and cheese or au gratin potatoes.

This recipe is one Don remembered growing up.

Don served 10 years of active duty in the Army. He was stationed in Korea for 13 months as a compassionate reassignment after his brother was killed in Vietnam. He was there from August 1969 to September 1970. Other posts were Ft. Benning GA, Ft. Knox, Paducah, and Ft. Campbell KY.
