- 3 eggs, separated, room temperature
- 3 tbsp. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
- 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300ºF. Prepare 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray
In a small bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg white and cream of tarter on high speed until fluffy.
Gently fold in egg yolk mixture until well combined.
Sprinkle cheese into mixture and spoon into 12 rounds on the cookie sheet.
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
