1 tsp. Chili Powder

½ tsp. Sea Salt

½ tsp. Ground Cumin

½ tsp. Garlic Powder

2 tsp. Olive Oil

4 Raw Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, cut into ½ inch strips

1 Medium Red Pepper, cut into thin strips

1 Medium Onion, chopped

1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime juice

½ Medium Avocado, thinly sliced

1 cup Fresh Salsa

1. Combine Chili Powder, Salt, Cumin, Garlic Powder, and tsp. Oil in large resealable plastic bag
2. Add Chicken, Pepper, and Onion, mix gently to coat
3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
4. Heat remaining tsp. Oil in large skillet over high heat
5. Empty bag into skillet to cook, stirring frequently
6. Remove from heat and add Lime juice
7. Evenly top on corn tortilla (or not), add avocado, and salsa
