1 bag noodles ( to serve 4 )
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 - 5 ounce can of tuna, drained

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain noodles .
Add tuna and Cream of Mushroom Soup. You may need to add a little milk.
Serve warm with a vegetable of your choice.
* You can add fresh mushrooms, place in a greased casserole dish, top with crushed ritz crackers or potato chips. Cook in 350º oven for 15-20 minutes.

When we were growing up, every Friday was fish Friday! One of mom’s go to recipes was tuna casserole - quick, easy and tasty! The problem was that on more than one occasion, mom would serve up the “tuna” casserole sans tuna. She laughed and so did we as the tuna can sat by itself next to the stove!

Another Friday meal favorite was cold salmon...1 can Sockeye Salmon, deboned, with sliced onions and vinegar!
