1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes - undrained
1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth (divided)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon A1 Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 lbs lean pot roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon flour
4 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch chunks
3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 celery ribs cut into 1 inch chunks

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, 1 cup beef broth, salt.
2. Add remaining meat and veggies.
3. Mix well and pour into greased 13x9x2 or 3 quart dish.
4. Mix remaining beef broth, A1 Sauce, and flour.
5. Pour remaining mixture over meat.
6. Cover and bake 2/3 hours or until meat and veggies are tender.
7. Back at 350º.
