Ingredients:  
1 large can of sockeye salmon
1/2 green pepper, minced
1/2 sweet yellow onion, minced
1 cup of Minute Rice, cooked
1 egg
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper

Mushroom Sauce:
1 can of Campbell's Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oil from salmon, remove any bones or skin. Break, and tear apart and add green pepper, onion, rice, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs - mix together. Add egg and mix until it is wet. Form into balls (should make between 4-6), Place in casserole pan (10 X 10), and mix mushroom sauce and pour over the top of the salmon balls. Place in pre-heated 350 degree oven and cook for 45 minutes, uncovered. Serves 4-6 people.
