8 eggs
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup Canola oil
1 bag frozen diced onions ( recipe tasted better w frozen onions, & don’t defrost)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Big bag frozen chopped spinach ( drain water out after you thaw)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. You will need a large lasagna type pan is best ( or tin pan is ok)
3. Spray pan with PAM
5. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan
6. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
7. Cool a little , cut and serve.
