24 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and strained well
16 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
⅔ C mayonnaise
C sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Place a wonton wrapper in each cup of a standard 12-cup muffin pan. Spray them lightly with cooking spray.
3. Bake the wonton cups for 5 minutes, then remove the muffin trays from the oven and set them aside.
4. In a medium bowl, stir together the chopped artichokes, spinach, mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, parm and minced garlic.
5. Divide the spinach mixture evenly among the wonton cups and return to the oven for 10-12 minutes until the spinach mixture is warm and the wonton cups are golden brown.
