4 four-ounce unseasoned salmon fillets (you can them fresh or frozen. I get them in the frozen seafood case)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
4 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season each fillet with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Brush each fillet with 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce to coat. On a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, broil until opaque throughout, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
