6 chicken thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
splash of milk or water

Directions:
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken and then serve over rice.
