Use pork butts coarsely ground. Per lb of pork:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried marjoram
½ tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic per 3 lbs meat, crushed
warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasonings in warm water. Mix into meat. Let stand overnight. Stuff into casings using meat grinder.
