1 box devil's food cake mix
1 c. water
1 c. whole milk ricotta cheese
c. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray bottom and sides of two 8" cake pans or a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute to combine; scrape bowl and mix on medium for 2 more minutes. Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Frost as desired.
