Ingredients:  
2 pounds or so of flank steak,
Have the butcher cut a pocket into the steak
One package of herb stuffing mix. Follow directions on package.
3 tlbs olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rub olive oil on the outside of the steak and inside the pocket.
Put stuffing in side pocket of the steak. place in a cooking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for one hour
