1 lb. ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
1 T. fresh greated ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. carrots, diced very small or shredded and chopped
2 T. soy sauce (or more to taste)
50 wonton wrappers
1/2 c. water
1 egg

Directions:

Brown meat over medium heat. Drain off fat. Crumble small. Stir in ginger, garlic, onion, carrots, and soy sauce. Mix together water and egg to make an egg wash. Take one wonton wrapper and place a small spoonful of meat mixture in the center. Brush outside wonton wrapper edges with egg wash. Fold wonton wrapper over to form a triangle sealing edges together. Repeat until all the filling and wrappers are used. Fry in oil until browned. Drain on paper towels.
