15 oz warm water
3 heaping tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 stick melted butter
1 beaten egg
5 cups flour
2 tbsp yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into bread machine in listed order. Set machine to dough. When done, grease hands well with butter and pull off pieces of dough and form into balls (racquet ball size). Place each doughball side by side—touching in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Butter tops.
