1 small sweet onion, sliced

1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger

2 garlic cloves, minced

Chilies vietnamese chiles I used

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 1/2 cups plaintains, sweet somewhat

Salt

3 1/2 cups broth

3/4 pound okra, trimmed and sliced crosswise 3/4 inch thick

1/4 cup cashew butter

Cilantro leaves, for garnish

Heavy pot to brown then add broth. Saute 3 mins to then add okra 3-5 mins and add and smooth cashew butterthen cilantro
