2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup crushed salted peanuts
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups Cool Whip
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 large chocolate bar

Directions:

Mix the vanillas wafer crumbs, crushed peanuts (reserve 1/3 cup to spread on top) and melted butter.

Press and bake in a 9X13 pan at 350º for 10 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, peanut putter and powdered sugar. Fold in 2 Cups Cool Whip. Spread onto cooled crust.

Mix pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let set 5 minutes in the refrigerator. Spread on cream cheese layer.

Top with 2 Cups Cool Whip. Spread remaining peanuts on top. Great the candy bar on top of nuts.
