¼ cup butter
½ cup Hershey's Cocoa Powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup milk or half and half
1½ teaspoons vanilla
3½ cups sifted confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter, cocoa and salt, then add milk and vanilla. Mix in sugar in three parts. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin, if needed for good spreading consistency.

This will frost two 8 or 9 inch layers or one 13x9 inch cake.
