IRISH NACHOS


Ingredients:

5 potatoes, sliced thick with skin on
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 slices cheddar cheese, chopped
4 pickled jalapenos, sliced
1/4 sweet onion, chopped
1 -2 tablespoon seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:


1 Fry thick slices of potatoes in vegetable oil until they turned golden! Drained them on paper towels and sprinkled with Seasoned Salt!
2 Layer them on the bottom of my skillet.
3 Add shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, onion, and jalapenos.
4Put it in the oven on broil for 10 – 15 minutes to make it hot and delicious!
5 Then just add the sour cream, scallions, tomatoes, and more jalapenos if you like! Top it off just like you would your favorite nachos.

I love Irish Nachos more than Mexican Nachos!

You can top the potatoes with browned ground beef or cooked chicken...anything that you want.
