1-2 lbs green beans (fresh or frozen) thaw first if frozen
1 onion (optional)
sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
3+ cloves of fresh minced garlic
avocado oil (or any oil)
salt, pepper, selected seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok to med/high heat and add oil
2. Saute green beans for a few minutes then add the onion and/or mushrooms while stirring around some.
3. Add seasonings and watch the the pan for necessary heat up or down.
4. Add small amounts of oil as needed.
5. Cook on med or med/high for about 10 min without a lid. Could take longer depending on how you like them done.
6. Add the fresh mince garlic towards the end of cooking.

This recipe is very optional after the green beans. Add optional veggies or not but the garlic is a very nice ingredient. Just don't cover or the steam will water them. If you would like a liquid in the dish and you want to cover that works too though. (a nice addition if you are going that route is add a can of stewed tomatoes or rotel.
