1lb elbow noodles cooked
2 jars Alfredo (Publix brand works best)
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 8oz container crumbled blue cheese
1/2lb of cooked chopped bacon
1 tablespoon Cajun/Creole seasoning
1 1/2 cups seasoned. Panko bread crumbs
4 cup package sharp cheddar
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat ovwr to 350º

Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs and set aside
Cook noodles per directions on box and drain

On low heat mix milk, Alfredo sauce, cream, bacon, cajun seasoning, blue cheese, and 3 cups of the cheddar.
Once melted add in the noodles and mix.
If it seems a little thick add a quarter cup more of milk.
Pour into a casserole dish
Bake at 350º for about 30 minute or till it starts to bubble
Once it starts to Bubble around the edge. Pull out and top with remaining 1 cup of cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for an additional 20 min or till golden brown
