Flavored Butters
Raspberry Butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Beat butter, raspberry preserves, raspberries, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until well combined; refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Fig Butter
1/4 C fig preserves
1/2 C butter softened

Cranberry Butter
1/3 C fresh cranberries
1/4 C maple syrup
1/2 C butter softened
1 Tbsp orange zest

Garlic Herb Butter
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
2 Tbsp fresh chives
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 C butter softened

Roasted Red Pepper Butter
1/4 C chopped roasted red pepper ...drain off liquid
2 green onions chopped
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 C butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
For all butters, combine ingredients in food processor and pulse.
Place onto a piece of wax paper and form into a log.
Wrap in wax paper and twist ends.
Refrigerate

Chocolate Butter
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Beat butter and honey together until completely combined; add cocoa powder and beat until mixture lightens slightly. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Butter

1/2 cup butter, softened
4 teaspoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Beat butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon together until fluffy.
Store in the refrigerator.

Garlic Butter
Garlic Butter can be used to make garlic bread or garlic toast but is also very good on top of a steak.

Garlic Butter Recipe:
Combine 1/2 cup butter,
1 clove minced garlic,
and fine sea salt
and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
You can also add minced parsley for a bit of color if you like.​

BAKED POTATO BUTTER
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O LakesŪ Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon crumbled cooked bacon
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives

CHIPOTLE LIME BUTTER
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O LakesŪ Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
1 tablespoon chopped chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest

CRANBERRY ORANGE BUTTER
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O LakesŪ Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cranberries
1 teaspoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh sage
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest

PESTO PARMESAN BUTTER
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O LakesŪ Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
1 tablespoon prepared pesto
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan and Romano cheese blend
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
