¼ cup (½ stick) softened butter
¼ cup (or more) creamy peanut butter
3 to 4 tablespoons half and half or cream
About 4 cups (about 1 pound) confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, beat butter and peanut butter, vanilla, a tablespoon of half and half and one cup of confectioner's sugar to blend. Gradually add more sugar and liquid to create the consistency you like.

Makes enough to generously frost a 9 by 13-inch layer cake.
