2 tablespoon butter
¼ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup all purpose flour
3 cups milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Add butter to a saucepan and place over medium heat. Add cocoa, sugar and floured whisking all together. Add milk and whisk constantly.
Bring to a boil, add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until thick.
Serve over warm biscuits with additional butter if desired.
