2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 425º. Coat 2 (6 cavity) doughnut pans with nonstick cooking spray
.Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
Beat the eggs, sour cream, vanilla, brown sugar and butter
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients,some lumps are ok
Transfer batter into prepared pans and bake or 12 to 16 minutes
Cool 20 minutes before removing from pans

Eat as is
Roll in sugar and cinnamon
Make a glaze with powder sugar, milk, vanilla or any flavoring
Use ready made frosting thinned out with milk and dip the Donuts into the frosting
