Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1 Tablespoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 level Tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 level Tablespoon ground ginger
1level Tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together...Roll out on floured surface and cut with doughnut cutter
or just drop by spoonsful into hot oil to fry...(325 degrees) .as doughnut holes...
Fry 45 seconds on each side or until browned and done in center...
Drain...

Make a mixture of pumpkin pie spice and sugar....to sprinkle overtop
of doughnuts as they drain...
