Dough:
1 cup warm milk 2¼ tsp. yeast
1 beaten egg
4 TBSP. melted butter
4 TBSP. water
1 TBSP. sugar
4 cups all purpose flour
½ package (3.5 ounce) instant
vanilla pudding mix
½ tsp. salt

Filling:
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Icing:
1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar
4 TBSP. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk or more to spreading consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to 110º, add yeast, set aside for 5 minutes;
add butter, water, sugar and egg.
mix well.
Stir together the dry ingredients and add the wet mixture mix until a soft dough is formed.
Set aside and let rise for 1 hour.
On a floured board, roll dough out into a large rectangle.
Spread the filling mixture over top and roll up into a long log shape.
Slice off into 2 inch pieces and place into a greased baking dish.
Let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake @ 350º.
While warm, spread icing.

These are a family favorite!!! Make sure your start the coffee pot when you put these babies in the oven, you will want a BIG cup with one or two of them:)
