Baguette roll
2 medium tomatoes
a bunch of basil
Mozzarella cheese ball
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven broiler. Cut baguette slices on an angle. Drizzle with olive oil. Put on a baking sheet and put into the oven to toast. 3-5 mins, watch closely as not to burn.
Wash and dry all produce. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into ¼ slices. Tear basil off stems and roughly chop or leave whole.
Once baguette is toasted, top each one with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a tomato slice, mozzarella slice and basil. Use salt and pepper to taste.

I always add a splash of balsamic vinegar on top!
