1/4 C granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Nonstick, cooking spray
8 10-inch flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 425ºF.
2) Coat 2 rimmed baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
3) In a shallow dish, combine sugar and cinnamon, mix well and set aside.
4) Place 2 tortillas on cutting board and using cookie cutter, cut shapes from the flour tortillas.
5) Spray both sides of the tortilla pieces with non-stick cooking spray.
6) Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
7) Place on baking sheets and bake 6 -8 minutes, or until golden.
8) Repeat with remaining tortillas.
9) Allow to cool then store in an airtight container.
