2 Cup. Bisquick baking mix
1 Cup. packed brown sugar
1/3 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Cup salted cashews, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease lightly cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, sour cream, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in cashews. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.

1/3 Cup Butter
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Milk, more or less

Sprinkle crushed cashews on top if you want.

Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat until delicate brown;cool.
Stir in powdered sugar
Stir in vanilla and milk and beat until frosting is smooth and spreading consistency.
