1 c light sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp poppy seeds
1 T lemon juice
Two (12.5-oz) cans premium chunk chicken, drained and chopped (I use Kirkland)
1 c purple or green seedless grapes, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine first four ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and toss until well mixed. Serve on Bibb or Romaine lettuce leaf with saltines or multi-grain crackers.
