1 can Corn
2 c. Water
2 c. Milk
1 slice Onion
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or strain corn. Add water and onion, and corn and simmer in pot for 20 minutes. Rub through a sieve. Make a white sauce from remaining ingredients. Add white sauce to strained corn. Reheat and serve.
