1/2 c. Onions, finely minced
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
Dash of Cayenne
4 c. Milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Carrots, finely diced
1 c. Celery, finely diced
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter over low heat about 5 minutes, while stirring. Add flour and seasonings and blend well. Gradually add milk, while stirring. Cook over low heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce. Meanwhile, cook carrots and celery in boiling water, to cover, about 10 minutes. Add with liquid to soup. Blend. Stir in cheese, cooking until melted. Fold in parsley. Serve hot. Sprinkle with cheese or minced parsley.
