1 c. Kidney Beans
1/4 c. Salad Oil
1/4 c. Vinegar
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Onion, finely minced
1/2 tsp. Prepared Mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 c. Cabbage, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Drain kidney beans. Marinate in salad oil and vinegar for at least 1 hour. Drain well (dressing can be saved for other salads). Mix sour cream, onion, mustard, salt and pepper. Add kidney beans and dressing to cabbage. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
