1 c. Cider Vinegar
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 med. head Cabbage
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
1 Carrot

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and celery seed. Heat to boiling in saucepan. Cool completely. Meanwhile, finely shred cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrot. Combine vegetables with cooled dressing. Refrigerate.
