6 Rib Pork Chops (1 1/2 in thick)
2 tsp. Salt
2/3 c. Chili Sauce
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Onions, chopped
1 c. Celery, chopped
1 lg. Green Pepper, diced
3/4 c. Water
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped

Trim outside fat from each chop. Rub chops all over with salt. Combine chili sauce, garlic, honey, mustard, Worcestershire and lemon juice. Spread mixture over chops and let stand in room temperature for 1 hour. Sauté onions (use low heat) in butter until wilted, add celery and green pepper. Stir and heat for about 5 minutes. Let cool. Place chops and all of the marinade mixture in shallow baking pan. Add cooked vegetables and water to pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 2 hours basting with pan liquid every half hour. Turn the chops over at end of 1 hour. To serve, remove fat from the vegetable sauce. Serve sauce over chops. Garnish with parsley.
