• 2 T onion powder
• 1 T garlic powder
• 1 T dry mustard
• 1 T chili powder
• 1 T dried green and red bell pepper flakes
• 2 T Kosher salt, or regular salt
• 2 T brown sugar
• 4 T cornstarch
• For the Sloppy Joe's:
• 4 hamburger buns
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 3 T seasoning mix
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• ½ cup water

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
2. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
3. Will keep for up to six months.
4. To make Sloppy Joe's:
5. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat.
6. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water over medium heat.
7. Reduce to simmer when mixture begins to boil. Cover with lid.
8. Heat for 5 minutes.
9. Remove lid and continue cooking until thickened and of desired consistency.
10. Serve on hamburger buns
