1 lb. lean ground beef
2 onions chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsps. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
½ tsp. turmeric powder
½ tsp. coriander and cumin powder
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. ginger paste
½ tsp. chili paste
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 cardamom pods
½ tsp. garam masala
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Directions:

1. Heat oil in saucepan and add cinnamon stick, cardamom pods and cloves.
2. Add onions and fry until they are until they are golden brown.
3. Add tomato paste, salt, ginger, garlic, green chutney, lemon juice, coriander and cumin powder,
4. Now add the meat and cook well for about 10 mins until it is cooked.
5. Add water and turn down the heat and let it simmer. if you want curry to by dry, add only ¼ - ½ cup of water. If you want it to be runny add ½ - 1 cup of water.
7. Add 1 Tbsp. of cilantro and garam masala.
8 Taste the curry at this time and if you need more salt or green chilies you can add at this time.


Serve with rice or roti or Nan
